Description: This book's focus is to get you playing blues harmonica as fast as possible.  The songs and exercises have been designed to take full advantage of great sounding patters available on your harmonica without difficult techniques.  This book is the 1^st in the Harmonica Masterclass Series, which means the instruction is very solid and prepares you for the following two series' to follow.

This book focuses on single note patterns and rhythms that will develop your motor skills and tone on the instrument. This book is packed with songs examples that really sound good, even at this beginning stage.  Bluesy playing is achieved without the technique of bending by using what's called 3^rd position.  This book covers the single hole embouchure, tongue block embouchure, and octaves.  Bending is not taught in this book. Again, the focus is to get you comfortable with moving around the instrument.  The C major diatonic harmonica is used in this book.
