How many out of the
box harmonicas must you purchase before you find one that plays well?
Wouldn’t it be terrific to find one that actually makes you a better
player by minimizing the limitations of a stock harmonica? Your search is
over!
The HARPSMITH Hohner Special 20 enhanced harmonicas are available through
the Harmonica Masterclass Company

What Makes the HARPSMITH Harmonicas Great Playing Instruments?
1) All reed slots are
sized to exacting tolerances. Cyclonic treatment of the leading edge of
each slot concentrates greater air flow and enhances reed lift. Both
treatments increase compression and enable the player to produce brilliant
and clearer sounding tones, greater volume and significantly improve
responsiveness and bending capabilities.
2) The
Peterson VSII strobe tuner is used for precise tuning. Player and listener
alike will enjoy the rich bluesy chords and sweet single notes.
3) The
clearance of all twenty reeds are carefully calibrated and tested to
maximize the action (responsiveness) of your instrument, enhancing the
playing experience.
4) All reed
plates receive break-in time on the HARPSMITH vacuum table, which allows the reeds to
settle into their proper resting spots. This will ensure greater stability
of tuning and responsiveness of your HARPSMITH harmonica.
5) Each
HARPSMITH harmonica is engraved with the creation date to verify
authenticity.
6) Improved
comfort by rounding the left side corners of the comb.
7) Chamber
spruces are removed to increase air volume through your HARPSMITH
harmonica.
8) Clearly
marked HARPSMITH harmonica combs make it easy to locate the correct key
harmonica.
9) Rear opening
of the cover plates are rolled and pressed to increase volume of your
HARPSMITH harmonica.
A "Care & Feeding" information sheet is sent out with each order.
Servicing is available after purchase directly with HARPSMITH Harmonicas
commonly between the price of $35 and $60 dollars depending on what work
is needed.
